I am a Certified Renegade Trainer and I am ready to guide as many people as possible to fulfill their dreams, whether that dream is to be more active so they can enjoy their children or grandchildren or if they want to become a professional athlete!
In addition to my return to training clients, I am now beginning a line of equipment designed to be used in the Renegade System of training. A new hurdle design is ready to sell and several other pieces are in development.
To expound a bit more about me on topics other than training, I am a Blood washed child of the living God. Born again, through faith in the risen Jesus Christ. I am what the Bible says I am and I can do what the Bible says I can do! I plan on talking about the things of God a lot on this blog - to share the Good News! I am married to an amazing woman who I thank the Lord for everyday and we have 2 sons. I most likely will speak of them much as well. We are all very active in our church.
